Title: Detoxified Iodine & Magnesium Oil
Hi Phil,
I will be ordering some more iodine soon, because I dropped the bottle again (I don't know what it is about that little bottle!) but also I have gotten up to 10 drops a day and I am going through it!
But I wanted to give you an update about how it's going for me and see if you had any comments. The good news is that between the iodine and the magnesium oil, my energy level has been fantastic. I'm not sure which one is doing it, or maybe the combination, but I have had great energy and focus lately which is wonderful. Also my arthritis may be a little improved as well. The bad news is that first, I'm still having my stomach issues, both in the esophagus and in the abdomen, AND I have had burning and irritation in my bladder/urinary tract area, but I don't have an infection. Do you think that either the magnesium oil or the iodine could cause this? Or maybe it's the detoxifying action of them that could be causing it? I would hate to stop taking either one since it's helping me in some ways, but I need this burning to stop too. Also in general how long do people continue taking the iodine? Indefinitely?
