My only comment, and I'm not sure if KC is a contributing factor, but had my cholesterol checked yesterday after using KC for a while (got a little slack in the last few weeks because I was getting low) but my triglycerides were great per the FNP who did the testing -- like 51 when six months ago they were 133. Keep doing what you're doing, she said, which is, among other things, KC.
