I have been using the Detoxified Iodine for about a month. I usually use between 5 to 7 drops and then swish it around my mouth for about a minute (then swallow it). My periodontal disease has improved remarkably in spite of the fact that I begin using the product for other reasons. Even my periodontist remarked about my gums when I went in last week. "
